I’ve got tons of junk and I badly need it to be gone right away. I inquire sunday morning and after 10mins they responded back , at the same day they came and picked all my junks up. By the way they picked up tons of damaged woods from furnitures, 3 matress and 3 heavy cabinet furnitures and more other stuffs. So convenient they are . Their staff Sagar and Malik did an amazing job ! They move pretty fast ! They helped me alot .Less than an hour just the two of them , my junks are gone . Great service and friendly approach. There's no fast talking owner who won't stand behind his/her quote. Most of the larger guys that I have dealt with tend to complain about all the extra fees etc. once they are onsite. No so with Malek at Big Bird. I texted him with a picture of the junk and Malek quoted me a price and approximate time he would come. He didn't disappoint. He loaded the junk quickly and without fuss. Was a great experience working with Big Bird! Prompt response for a quote and were able to pick up the same day. They were very mindful of making marks on walls and carpet while maneuvering items through tricky spaces, which was much appreciated. Zipped my old furniture and electronics away in a flash!
